STEP 3: Once the appointment request is received, you will receive an email with our refund policy. You will need to sign this form (electronically) before we move to the next step.

STEP 4: We will give you a phone call to assess your needs and help you determine the best paternity test for your situation.

STEP 5: Next we’ll email you an invoice with your confirmed pricing. Payment will be made using the Square link on the invoice; no cash or checks accepted.

STEP 6: Once the invoice is paid, the appointment will be officially booked.

STEP 7: Show up to your appointment at the designated time and location with proper identification. We will collect the required samples and then send to the laboratory for testing.

STEP 8: Once the lab sends us the results, we will forward them to all test participants, with the exception of minors.
